What is your refund policy?
Refunds are a case by case process. If you did not like the outcome of your reading or if you changed your mind on purchasing your crystal baby, I do not give refunds. However, if your crystal baby arrived damaged or I shipped the wrong item, please fill out the contact form and I will assist you as much as possible. I do strive on customer service and I do not want anyone to feel that they got ripped off by me!
What is your shipping policy for physical products?
I always ship through USPS with tracking to ensure both of us that your precious crystal baby will arrive to you safe and secure. Unfortunately due to time restraints, I can only ship on Saturdays so if there is something you need urgently in my shop, please order it by Friday night! I tend to go early Saturday morning.
I only ship to the United States and its territories for physical items, so if you're outside of the country, including Canada, I do not ship physical items to you at this time, sorry!
What is your shipping policy for digital products?
Any digital product such as tarot or crystal readings are ''shipped'' electronically through the email address you have provided me prior to purchasing the product. I ask that you allow 3-5 business days for your digital product to be emailed to you. If it has been a longer length of time, please fill out the contact form and I will assist you as much as possible.
Anyone around the world can purchase digital items, however I do only speak and type in English. As long as we can understand each other, that's fine by me!
